One of my first tables, an homage to The Keystrings, I routed out a record adapter for a 45 into the wood and placed 5 pennies representing the birth year of each member of the band.

If you are as old as me, then this table is chalk filled with memories and references for you. From the broken tape and much required pencil, to the message in the talble, there is a lot to unpack here. If you get board one day, you may even figure out that the tape sides represent the dits and dots of morse code to spell ‘Revolution”. The funny spelling comes from that of Lynard Skynard.

The keys came from our original piano that got smashed at a gig and the tapes have a few hidden gems in them as well.

The front for the smashed Korg piano with piano strings and tuning pegs, this table has the volume set to 7. Modelled as an ode to my wife and our years playing together, this is one of my favorite pieces.

Sea Glass collected on family walks. This table was a commisioned for her grandparrents and made from teh glass they would find on the beach.
